Transparent Fixed-Fee Pricing

For probate and letters of administration, the only additional costs are the statutory disbursements (court filing fee and advertising), which we disclose upfront. For wills, there are no additional costs—the quoted fee is all-inclusive. We never charge by the hour or add surprise fees after the work is done.

We focus exclusively on wills and estates, which means we've streamlined our processes and built efficient systems specifically for these services. We also maintain lower overheads than traditional CBD law firms. Our volume-based model allows us to offer significant savings while maintaining the same quality of service you'd expect from any Queensland law firm.

Our $825 legal fee covers all professional services: initial consultation and advice, review of the will and estate documents, preparation of all court forms and affidavits, Queensland Law Reporter advertisement arrangement, Public Trustee notification, Supreme Court filing and liaison, and collection of the sealed grant. The only additional costs are the court filing fee ($819.90) and advertising fee ($161.70), which are government and statutory fees.

For eligible Family Provision claims, we offer a no-win-no-fee arrangement. This means you pay no legal fees upfront, and if we don't achieve a successful outcome, you don't pay our legal fees.
